Behaviour
Performers
are not permitted to leave the training area without permission from their
coach. Acknowledgement of their return is required.
Leaving the Sports Centre without permission will result in a
meeting with their parents. However,
if there is a need to leave due to fire etc, the performers will leave
with their coach.
All
members are expected to treat their coach, other volunteers and each other
with respect.
Any
abuse, whether physical, sexual or emotional will be dealt with urgently
and may result in a meeting with the parent.
All
Team Lightning coaches and officials are approachable and we offer our
help and advice to performers and parents when required.
Team Lightning Trampoline Club follow the guidelines as laid down by the National Coaching Foundation, Sport England and NSPCC for Child Protection.
